He was an absolute nuisance to Brum when he came on. Just what we needed when we're holding on to a 1 goal lead. Good on you lad!

Came on. Showed what he was about in the first season. Enabled us to win the game without any worry.

What’s not to like?

No just no I will invite any of you to see a better striker at Sunday u13's

Given the number of fixtures we have in February alone, Hecky will need to manage the squad carefully.
He now seems to have options for at least two players in every position.
They will all get minutes depending on injury, suspension and form.
Imagine the mind of any player who moves from the bench, to the starting line up. It’s a chance to prove the manager wrong, and make a claim for that shirt.

He's a great nuisance & spoiler (though he normally tends to foul but not tonight) , a fairly good CB (can head clear the oppos crosses) , but he's never a £17m striker.
When we're defending a 1-goal lead , I definitely want him + not Berge heading it clear from an aerial bombardment , so I guess he'll be on v WBA at some point.

Did well. Just need to see it regularly now.

Careful you will upset some of our clueless fans who think he’s a massive carthorse 🙄

I notice you are a new member then you maybe aren't aware of the 1st rule of the S24SU club is We have to have a scapegoat.
Now Robinson is out of the side someone has to step up,
If it wasn't McBurnie it would only be someone else. Brewster, Berge, Norwood, Fleck, Stevens, have all held the title at some stage this season, I even think Sharp was boarding on it earlier in the season.

Everything time he was involved he won something for us. Superb sub. But I find his little laugh thing annoying, switch on and get back into position rather than smile and walk away slowly thinking you've got them rattled.

Looks thin, once he bulls up a bit more, and gets his fitness back, I'm sure he will play a bigger part.
The covid mustve hit him bad, same for Henderson in Manc Poo's goal last night. Looked really thin and wasnt the same player we had, the acrobatic dives just weren't there.

He was only on for about 15 minutes, but played with so much aggression and passion. There is a good player there, don't write him off!
Well there definitely is. Puts in bas relief how and why Heckingbottom is the manager.
Part of his role is to build confidence in a player and that has been achieved, finally, with McBurnie.
Excellent season this bloke is having. I was utterly wrong in thinking that he'd never get another goal.
