Even on paper the back 5 last Saturday looked entirely suspect. Howard has his limitations but I was very surprised to see him dropped in favour of Long.
I would be tempted to give the below a go tomorrow night:

There is certainly more of a physical presence there.
Just ask yourself this, as an opposition player which defense would you rather play against? At least we'd stand a chance of winning the odd header!
