Lord Lucan, Shergar and Jamie Shackleton

Is Jamie Shackleton hiding on some remote desert island along with Shergar and Lord Lucan? For months he has disappeared, with occasional stories that he's picked up a minor injury. It reminds me of Coronation Street when one of Ken Barlow's relatives went to the cellar to collect something, never to be seen or mentioned again.
It would be nice having a squad player for right back to provide extra cover.
