Jose Mourinho ‘Not Good Enough’ For Manchester United Says Managerial Failure Bryan Robson

Apparently without seeing the problem, Bryan Robson, yes Bryan Robson, has claimed that Jose Mourinho does not have the ability to take over from Alex Ferguson when the Scot finally decides to retire and the job at Old Trafford is up for grabs.

Bryan Robson’s own managerial career has hardly set the world on fire, so perhaps Robson is not really the best judge. However, he says Mourinho is lacking the sense of adventure that a Manchester United manager needs and the fans demand.

Whilst at Chelsea Mourinho’s football was very dour, but also very successful. I am sure if the trophies continued to roll in the Manchester United fans would not be too bothered. Who is to say that with a different team at a different club Mourinho would not be able to reproduce some attacking football that Robson clearly rates as so important?

Mourinho was able to galvanise his squad and this was evident by their reaction when he left. With an ego like Mourinho has the times at the club were not trouble free but he could always back up his arrogance with performances and results because he had players willing to go all out to support him.

This sounds like the kind of manager who would be welcome at any club. Unless of course Bryan Robson was making the decisions.

Jose in! Didn't he say he loved Bramall Lane? :D

tbh he isnt wrong about mourinho for man united because he hasn't got the passion for it.
