Hey Fulwood we've got 3 ageing strikers plus 2 who may never revive their careers plus 1 on loan who needs to do a lot more to stay.

Any budget on 2 strikers I'd say and 2 out.

Yep, good point - don't concede don't lose which greatly helped out cause earlier on in the season.

As much as I like Jake, he is cover now, but will go at end of season - so Stearman needs serious competition to either go in the team or to make Stearman get step up a bit.

As for Basham - we always get between 6 and 8 out of 10 for Bash with effort and commitment, but in the ideal world we need defenders we rate 7-9 out of 10 to seriously challenge for top 2. Love Bash to bits, but he lacks quality when coming forward - and it that is what CW wants of the wide CB people then again, he needs serious completion.

It's nowt personal with any player - we need to go up a level.

Yep, forwards too - except they will be 2 or 3 times more expensive what decent defenders would be. Image if we were in the Rhodes situation.

Repeat me original quote - don't concede, don't lose and at that point you need to win games 1 nil when they are tight games.
