Last unbeaten run in EFL

Arguably not the most taxing of starts, but major credit due to the players and management for an excellent start to the season, particularly after the awful showing last term. Early days but it vindicates the decision to make harsh decisions; freshen up the squad and rebuild.

There is a more difficult run to come over the next couple of months, but the optimism is returning and the rapport between players and fans is rebuilding. In my opinion we have the arguably the best keeper, left back, centre halves, centre midfield duo and attacking midfielder in the league, so there are reasons to be optimistic if we can steer clear of significant injuries.

From winless after 9 games last season to unbeaten after 9 games this year. The rollercoaster life of a promoted/relegated club.

Said plenty of times before but it just shows the leap that's required to be in the Prem. We've gone from a laughing stock in the PL to an unbeaten joint top side with 6 clean sheets on the bounce.
