I was thinking this morning (whilst brushing my teeth, if you must know)... when did we last score a goal in the dying minutes of a league game which meant we secured three points?

Back in my youth, the Blades seemed to go through a period of scraping last minute goals and grabbing the points, particularly at home and usually through Fjortoft. It seemed every time I went to a game, we scored in the dying minutes.

This doesn't seem to happen any more... was our squad fitter 10 years ago? Better strikers? More inclined to go all out for a win? Less fear of conceding?

Can anyone recall the matches I mean or am I making it up and getting puddled in my old age? :D

Sheffield United 2-2 Stoke

2-0 down in the 81st min, we scored in the 85th then again in the 93rd. Finished 2-2 :D

when Unsworth scored against Hull, was that for 3 points or 1? I was in Bilbao at that time so missed the game and can't remember.

Can't remember specific goals but I remember about 5years ago when we scored most of our goals in the last 15min.

Not recent. But letting them in, because a certain young lady couldnt hold her peepee in her bladder!

I managed on the tube! :D

I think they may have got grumbbled at by the "supporters" that leave the match before full time, so they had to stop it ;)
