...should be given a chance. There have been very few occasions to criticise Wilder or even the players for that matter. Enda Steven's form has been sub-par for weeks and weeks. We've seen with the goalkeepers that they battle for a shirt - not sure why that isn't the case for LWB.

Attacking down the left-hand flank has consisted of hoofing the ball down the line for too long now. I'm not saying Lafferty will 100% be an improvement, but he surely deserves an opportunity?

It's a thumbs up from me, not because i don't rate Enda, but i think he needs a rest. Wilder talks about squad rotation and Enda hasn't rested in a position that is very demanding.

I was thinking exactly the same. Lafferty is a more defensive LB but he and Jack worked well last season. It gave Jack the freedom to get forward.

His early season quality has been off for a while.

Sending him to Lanzarote for a week to relax and recharge wouldn't be the worst.

100% agree SM , I think Stevens form has dipped over last 3 months , he’s looked lacking both defensively & going forward , maybe he needs a rest or a kick up the arse the completion for a place brings .
We’ve been very reliant on a Baldock for width , when we’ve struggled a bit or teams sat deep also I wouldn’t have minded is switching to 442 , at least then you can play with a winger .. Thomas & Brooks with a full back behind them.
Against the Oinks , Villa and last night we were crying out for a player who could beat a man from wide and supply the front 2 not try to pass through a team that is doing this to deny you the space

Certainly crying out for a David Brooks. I think he might change up. Maybe 4-2-3-1 with Brooks, Duffy and Holmes in behind?

Does CW keep the same team (unless injured), to redeem themselves against Reading.
Or like people are suggesting change it around.
The posts above say change it a bit. What does everyone else think.
Personally I think it needs tweaking a little, too many players had an off day to leave as is.
