God's country ...... Rovrum!
Rumour on BM he's done his hamstring

Whilst he has lost his form in recent games, I'd sooner he was in the squad than not

The alternatives are far from convincing and a sense of deja vu seems to be happening at around the same time of the season as last season

We haven't a decent striker at the club!

Doyle signalled to the bench to tell them that he had to come off and Kitson was holding his hamstring before he left the pitch. Only glimmer of hope is that Ironside was the best player on the pitch for me

You mean someone else in the stadium has eyes?!

Kitson signaled and then Doyle signaled immediately, hopefully it's not properly gone and he tweaked it and it was damage limitation.

If it's a usual United hamstring injury it'll be season over and even more chance of a goalless playoff final! Oh joy.

Let's hope that is an April Fools rumour.
If true don't panic we have been let down by injuries and suspensions and they have left us short at Wembley for our last few seasons.
Not this time the board has learned from it's past mistakes they won't be caught out again. No way!

Hope it's not a season ender, but at least it forces us to change the system a bit.

Ironside with Murphy upfront.

Forte on wing.

Robson can sit in stand with me

We can always recall Cressy from York and then there's Porter..............................:tumbleweed:

Worryingly thing is though you're probably right and the pacy Porter will be the 1st choice replacement striker.

oh Shit :(

If Kitson is out, our joint top available scorers for the season are Collins and Maguire

Since I lumped praise on him at Bournemouth he's gone through a disappointing spell tbh. Fitness-wise, I wonder if things have started to take their toll - he after all didn't have a pre-season to get himself sorted. If he's not injured though, he needs to stop this James Beattie esque habit of dropping deep - a recipe for disaster given the paucity of midfield goals in the team. At the very least, the likes of Ironside, Porter or even Cresswell are not the type to feel the need to help out in every area of the pitch.
