I am very pleased if he’s injured we haven’t signed him, this is an improvement on previous recruitment, it’s also good that we have other targets rather than been fixated on one till deadline day.

Looks like he's miraculously recovered from his "injury " and now two other clubs looking to take him on loan.

There was mention that Wolves had changed the terms late on (perhaps insisting on the obligation to buy?) which is why our deal collapsed and why I posted about it being nothing to do with a medical contrary to reports

That would all add up. The medical thing always sounded rum, he's young and been fit as a fiddle in two full seasons with us.

The one thing that has enjoyable this season is watching the development of our young talent.

I'm not sure why (but there are plenty of rumours), but Wilder doesn't seem to be a great fan of Seriki or Brooks.

Great pick-up. I'm not too concerned about stunting Seriki's development, as his body doesn't seem up to playing too regularly. Plus nobody can play non-stop in the Championship.

Also, looking at the good of the team, Seriki has often been great when used as a sub.

Both excellent attacking Championship RBs when they're on it.
