West Ham should be fined £999,999,999,999,999,999,999, kicked out of the Football League, banned from competitive Football for 5 years, their entire ground to be sold to charity and they'd have to start fresh from just a pitch, not a ground, and the Bobby Moore Statue to be moved to near Craven Cottage (I think he was associated with Fulham as well) and all reference to Bobby Moore having played for West Ham to be banned.
