This sort of hoofball crap seems to have been going on for quite a while now and its been clear to see that it hasn't been working. Everyone in the crowd can see it isn't working but Blackwell seems either oblivious or is a stubborn b4stard who won't be proved wrong and won't change until he can prove his tactics are right and god knows how long that'll take.
Despite the fact that we've picked up points in games, we've been lucky with the penalty at Ipswich, the fact that Forest were terrible and it says it all when we have to rely on Morgan going up front and scoring the equaliser today.
Defensively we're decent aside from the goals conceded recently, just toothless upfront. People can moan at the players all they want but they're clearly capable however the tactics aren't allowing them to play to their strengths and at the end of the day, same as in any job, Blackwell's their boss and they have to do what he says.
If Blackwell doesn't realise that he needs to do something about it soon, then he's very quickly going to get the crowd on his back when the league position deteriorates which looks inevitable at the moment. Going to Swansea and managing 3 shots on goal doesn't look like a side aiming for the top 2. If we did go up, what are we going to do, stick all 11 men on the goal line and play out 38 0-0 draws?
Sort it Blackwell or sod off so we can find someone who can.
