So, if I'm reading this right, from having a squad that qualified for the play-offs and reached a Cup semi-final, we now need to ditch them all because they are actually shit?

I finished last season a bit pissed off we hadn't gone up but hopeful we were a CH (or two) and goal scorer away from automatic just on the basis of natural progression. Can that only be 6 months ago?

We were 28/20 points off automatic places last year so we were quite a bit off the pace. Centre back, centre midfield and goal keeper where a priority to start the year and still remain so,. I am of the opinion that the squad needs shaking up to many players appear to be in a comfort zone and need to be moved on.

Why would anyone not want to keep Done? He has scored 9 in 17 starts, which is more than 1 in 2 and still some of our fans are saying he is no longer good enough, it really is baffling sometimes. Mcnultys' record is pretty good for us also but it seems that some of our fans seem to want more than goals out of forwards, which when you need goals to win games and you're not getting many from midfield (Baxter apart) then it really is baffling sometimes.

Lets face it, if they had other good attributes along with the goals scored they wouldn't be playing at the level we find ourselves currently, they would obviously be playing higher, we need goalscorers and other players to help us get out of this league and Done has to be one of the first players on the teamsheet, along with another match winner Baxter.

Agreed and as much as I keep sticking up for Adkins, not playing Done, who had our best goals to games ratio not so long ago is really annoying. He is now a striker, end of.

If you kept 5 clean sheets on the bounce would you then change it unless you really had to? No, not for me you wouldn't. Clean sheets breed confidence and so does goals, we have some good attacking players but one of them in the name of Billy Sharp isn't playing well at the minute, trying but not playing well nonetheless, so I'd bench him and get Done on in his strongest position, it really isn't rocket Science sometimes Mr Adkins.
