Seriously, Wylde always a Blade as a lad, these days couldn't say. Ritchie Humphreys, as someone alluded to further down is from a family of Heeley Blades.

Sat next to him at the County cup game when Verde scored the winner. It was at the Sty. He had a red and white scarf on.

Ritchie was at the Lane - South Stand- as a kid with his Dad, a big Blade.

Wylde probably still is a Blade then on that evidence Sean! Certainly was as a lad on the Charnock.
Yep, John (Ritchie's) dad, always a huge Blade.

Warnock is supposed to be a blade...never knew if this was true or he was just a warnock fan..

any way, off to pick the dog eggs up before the boys start training....

from Humphreys in the Green Un App today:

“This is their moment,” he added.

“We gave them the guard of honour before the match, and anyone who wins the league you acknowledge them.

“They’re the champions for a reason. They’re a good team with good players.

“I know some of their players and I know some of the staff too.

“I’ve known Chris Wilder since I was probably 10 years olds when I was coming here as a fan.

“One of his shirts is still actually in my mum’s wardrobe in her house.

“I’m delighted for Chris, and the club.”

Gary Madine. No really he's a blade. He's just jealous that he's not good enough to play for us, hence all his outbursts.....

Humphreys is a great pro and had a good career, and he is a Blade too as you pointed out, despite coming through at the Sty.

Steve Parkin Assistant Manager at Bolton ironically. I recall him saying he is a Blade. Ex Dingles manager

He had a very good chance just after coming on opting to try to chip it over Moore but it went over the bar, I was saying to my mates "Reckon he missed this on purpose?"

Jake Beesley (Paul's son) came on in the dying minutes today. His brother played in the same team as my son in 2012-13 season. Jake and his brother ran on the pitch after the play off 1st leg win against Yeovil in 2013

Maguire is definitely a w********* fan

Harry was a pig, because his dad took him to watch them as a kid. However after he joined our academy he was treated to that special brand of abuse that only bitter pigs can dish out, and he saw the light, as did most of his family for that matter.

I used to work with a lass who knew his mum well, and this is what she told me anyway.

I did wonder why he had a wry look on his face when taking those last minute long throws. Must be a strange feeling.

Kevan Hurst is a Wednesday fan. I used to work with his dad so this I gospel.

Those long throws aimed directly at Danny Lafferty's head.

Get him on the coaching staff, can't have too much of a blades blade factor can we.
