Perhaps this rules out the likes of Koumas then, the last thing i want is to lose the fantastic team spirit we have right now. It will be a tough task for Neil to bring in the right kind of players with the right kind of ability...

It's more the Pri-Madonna attitude that so many 'Top Quality' players have. A player who thinks he's better than the rest of the squad has no place in our squad. ANd i think Koumas thinks he's better than everyone around him, (Before you say he is, that doesn't matter no player should think he's better than the rest of the squad as it's a team game not an individual one)

I very much doubt it would disrupt the team and im sure warnock wouldnt stand for that sort of crap anyway. Cant really use it as an excuse to not bring players in coz most prem teams are full of those sort of players.

But in all fairness, you've never had to manage such people and it is right that people are questioning it as a risk.

Look at Paul Devlin, he was right out on his heels when he thought he was too big for the team. Would you want to spend a lot of money on a player just to find out he was incompatiable and have to sell him at a loss?

Look what happened at West ham with Tevez and Mascherano, bringing in good players with bad attitudes is far worse then fielding a team of average players that will die for the cause.

I never said we should hang onto the 6 million, i have stated in practically every post that I have made we need to strengthen the middle of the park. The problem is getting the right kind of player, you may think this isn’t important as long as we get quality but I disagree.
