I get quite a bit of ITK stuff thrown my way, and i get to hear about a few things before they get thrown out in to the open. A lot of the time i try and keep it from the message boards as quite a bit of what I'm told is in confidence. Sometimes it comes out as news, sometimes something else happens and what was supposed to be happened doesn't end up happening.

Early on in the season i had quite a lengthy discussion with a club employee, who rang me up one night about an unrelated matter and we ended up having quite a lengthy discussion about all things United, and i mentioned quite a few of the things i knew that i was thought i was ITK about and most of it was true.

I don't read Blades-Mad because a lot of the stuff on there is not true. I know one of the well known ITK'ers on there, and lets just say that he is well known for thinking up and spreading rumours without them being true in real life, but on there he is treated like the oracle of all truth.

I heard a whisper yesterday that the Will Hoskin's deal was dependant on someone moving out, and i'd heard it was Monty who was leaving for either of Leeds or Middlesborough, or Quinny going somewhere. It didn't turn out to be true, but that is all part of the subjecture of following a football club.

I get quite a bit of stuff thrown my way, but believe it or not my source is closely associated with Wednesday rather than the Blades. I get to hear about some right stuff going off at Hillsborough.

I don't drink the "ale" in the Lion because it's, well, crap. Keg rubbish, not fit for cleaning drains. I will occasionally have a lager, but mostly I drink fizzy pop because I am driving. I used to drink in the Cremorne, but the beer went from being good to shit in one quick change of landlord. Shame.

Turning a pubs reputation for good beer into a reputation for shit beer can be done in less than a fortnight. Takes months if not years for it to go the other way sadly....

Hm Hmmm.:( Sorry mi old dingle friend. The action of actually Ollecicing you do carry out. The actual phrase was invented by me. It would be doubtful if anyone could actually carryout Ollecising because of the number of their own threads they would have to bump. Only one person has managed this so far because of the extraordinary number of time he has managed to do it.
Congratulations on having a verb named afteryou. The right of defining of that word belongs to me.

Have to say that you are another poster that has grown on me Boo. We've come a long way since the Monty loyalty stuff. Perhaps we can have an ale together at some point?

Sounds a good idea. Maybe Turf;) Tavern would be a good place? I've been told you've gone away from real ale and are now drinking french wine. No matter we'll go for both when we meet.
PS. That lad Monty seems to hang around a lot especially since we dont need him. perhaps no one wants him? His old mate Kilgallon will put in a good word for him. Damm forgot he left ages ago.
Maybe someone ITK will tell us something:D

I have absolute concrete evidence that Monty is not committed to the club, from someone very important at BDTBL. However, I cannot name my source or say what the evidence is!? :D

We could meet half way (ish) between Shef and London at this place http://www.worcestershiretouristguides.com/Worcester/The_Sauce_Factory_1877.asp ;) apparently they serve ale and sheds!!??
