Now I see Blackwell is saying we have too many young players playing in the side and basically this is costing us games.

Apart from Walker, who is he classing as a youngster?

Cotterill has 130 league appearances to his name. Quinn 112. Jamie Ward 100 Taylor 99 and Evans almost 60.

I find it hard to accept this as a valid excuse as although they might not have many years on the clock they have plenty of appearances under their belts.

Sorry to rain on the Blackwell bashing parade but it seems even the top managers look for these same excuses at their worst moments - take David Moyes from last night saying his team lost 5-0 because of their lack of experience and team full of youngsters.

Most teams would love a line up with the ages you have posted.
It looks a good combination of youth and experience and ideal for a championship side. Or am i missing something.
