...to resembling Manchester United?

The lacklustre home performances, the lack of attacking spark, the disgruntled home supporters, the raised eyebrows on away supporters, questions over the manager's tactics, expectation and attendances remain high whilst performances are devoid of entertainment...

The difference been that they have been very successful over the past God knows how many years. Us on the other hand...

Yet our squad didn't cost a quarter of a billion pounds.

Our squad looks like it cost a fiver to assemble.

At the time (a few weeks ago) I was following their game against CSKA on the Guardian website and with a few obvious tweaks it really could have been about us.

There is also, in part, an inability to accept the reality of the current order.

Ambition and entitlement are different things.

I really believe its down to the EUFA coaching badges.

Champions League football is dross most of the time.
Premier league can be boring.
We're all falling asleep.

The FA cup has a bit of an edge sometimes in the earlier rounds until about the 4th round.
League cup isn't worth watching until half way through the second half of the final.

[all the above are not valid when the Blades are playing]
