Is scoring goals important?

I think it's overrated, football is not about goals it's about pissing about with it in midfield, those sideways passes , that cheeky pass back to the keeper keeping possession for 10 passes until the full back punts it up field to nobody.. That is what football is about and we've got the right man for the job in charge
