The People this morning says Norwich have stepped up their pursuit of ML.

The 1.5m rated 22 year old was on the radar of former Canaries boss Lambert and now new boss Hughton is keen to snap him up. Swans, Reading and Newcastle also interested

Same paper also says us and Posh want Stevenage def/middy Lawrie Wilson aged 24. He is also being eyed by several champs/prem clubs. We see him as a replacement for Matt Lowton

If we sign Wilson, we need to tell our strikers to position themselves on the far touchline when he's attacking. I've never seen a player consistently overhit crosses as often, and by as much, as he does.

Really though, is there anything less funny than League of Gentlemen?

Michael McIntyre is about as funny as watching a car crash. I remember a book signing in the Trafford Centre which was heaving with people wanting to see the smug faced little twat. Anyway, there's a whole galaxy of things less funny that The League of Gentleman and Ricky Gervais, principally because they are funny. I must have a sense of humour supporting SUFC ;)

Ricky Gervais.. i just don't get it.. i just want to punch the smug c**t
Yep - The dryness of Martin Freeman was the one that kept the office funny
Gervais on his own (or with his idiots) is just not funny at all

McIntyre is a bore - his only trick is shaking his head so his hair flops - my how we laughed at that when we were three.

Never got into league of blokes dressed up in drag - not my scene and miles away from Python

For every one time I punched Ricky Gervais I'd want to punch him, Michael McIntyre and Harry Hill (how anyone over the age of three can find that bald headed, unfunny twat funny I cannot comprehend) another twice each. Granted, I'd be knackered by the time I'd finished, but I would know I'd died of exhaustion having done a good deed for the remainder of humanity.

The Model village is usauly the source of all the trouble, Its gone threw some regeneration with lottery funded money but the houses are now owned by big property companys that see fit to advertise there propertys to let on prison notice boards so has you can imagine we get alot of the wrong type of people moving into the village and thats why were not such a fan of outsiders

What was the big building ( a school?) in the middle? I saw it burn down about 15-18 years ago

What has Monty Python got to do with the League of Gentleman? They're not even remotely similar. LoG is really quite dark, MP is just surrealist nonsense.

So your point is that the two shows are very different?

Oh well then, Neighbours isn't my scene - it's nothing like the League of Gentleman.
