Donaldson back in the squad for Forest.
Stevens scan negative, in the squad for Forest.
Lavery back in training, kitted out with a mask.
Hanson and Stearman back on grass.
Only one still out is Freeman.

I do like this relaxed, all in it together attitude, but that is a surprise!

Good news that

Things moving forward

Only thing we need sorting now is how to get shut of Fleck and Coutts yellow cards. Any ideas anyone?

Daft question this, but who keeps tabs on the yellow cards, the club or the FA? I ask this because on another thread no-one seemed to give a definitive answer as to how many they had got.

Not sure snooty

Would've thought the official line is the football league

The club should keep a record of the card situation

The club would contact the football league for clarity when in doubt

All the sites we look at that show these stats can only be deemed as a guide rather than official

As far as sanctions are concerned it’s the FA’s responsibility and they have a website we can access. Our official website doesn’t seem to be carrying statistics at the moment but obviously they will track this. I’m not sure why people were confused as both the FA site and Soccerbase were up to date.

Well ...... if we were, say West Ham o_O:rolleyes: Trevor Brooking would insist that their yellow cards were cancelled ...... because its not fair on the fans .......

Regrettably though .... as we are the nasty, northern monkeys who often try to spoil the party, and upset the football elite ( as we did on Sunday) ...... there's no fu**ing chance mate.

We have to battle on regardless despite being a pub team, playing hoofball, over-physical and having players nobody's heard of; against the odds of shambolic refereeing and the regular displeasure of the football gods !! o_O:rolleyes:

God I love being a Blade and I fu**ing hate those arrogant, deluded piggy bas**rds :)

Good news on the injury front from sir Chris. I loved his quote about Lavery with a mask on and is now the best looking in the team. In wilder we trust. Utb

Yes. What we don't want is for them to be both booked in the same game so, if neither of them are after 85 minutes, Fleck just does something to get booked, a bit of petulance or shirt grabbing or something.

The squad on Saturday could be our strongest this season, interesting to see who plays but even more interesting who will be on the bench, having billy and the Don on the bench looks strong.

I knew this internationalist strategy of Chris Wilder would come back to bite us. The Welsh are revolting!

If you watch Sky Sports News for long enough, they have a tally of yellows against each player in the rotating news panel.

My son's u16s team receives an email from the local FA if a player is suspended for the next game (although we've only had this for a red card, as no-ones yet had enough yellows to be suspended)
