I am afraid Bogle won't be with us next season, a quality player as young and gifted as he is, will be snapped up!
A player leaving is for better prospects and more money. Don’t let em hear you say that on here. There’s only enough money in tin for Lundstrams effigy

We have the makings of an excellent Championship squad on paper but how many of them will still be here?

Better players maybe snapped up, players taking big wage cuts so possibly tempted elsewhere by other Championship clubs, despite Covid impacts and parachute payments I'm yet to be convinced we'll be the big cheeses next season that some are predicting.

However, a team including Ramsdale, Basham, Egan, Bogle, Norrington-Davies, Baldock, Fleck, Norwood, Osborne, McGoldrick, Sharp, Brewster, Burke, McBurnie and two or three additions should have a very good top 6 chance with Wilder in charge.

No. The point is, that if we are going to be in the Championship, trying to get rid of proven Championship goal scorers is really, really stupid. Especially when one of them is a 20 year old kid

I never suggested getting rid of anyone DLC and I believe Brewster could prove to be an excellent signing, just not right now.

My point, and my frustration, is that due to our unwillingness to pay PL wages all the players we wanted who could have maybe had a positive influence on keeping us in the League all went elsewhere, so we ended up fishing in a different pond and we've ended up buying people for next year's Championship season instead of this year's PL season. It's almost as if we'd wrote this season off before a ball was kicked.

Mcburnie had one decent season in the championship and brewster has half a season... They are in no way proven at that level... Sharp and Mcgoldrick despite their age are both much better options
McBurnie got 9 in 17 the season before for Barnsley and was voted their player of the season although he only played 2nd half of season, yet he’s not proven at that level just how many seasons does he need to do?

At least 3

I cant see Mcburnie scoring more than 10 tbh

1) what is Oli McBurnie's record in the Championship
2) what is Rhian Brewster's record in the Championship?
3) which division will we likely be playing in next season?

What is their record playing in a team that play good football and create good chances ?

What is their record playing in a team that has decided to scrap what it was doing successfully in favour of Sheffield Uniteds go to hoof

What about the half a season at Barnsley where he got 1 in 2?
