I don’t think you can equate coin throwing with having a bit too much beer. Coin throwing is completely indefensible and could seriously hurt someone.

A bloke in front of me got a massive cut to the top of his head from a coin at the 2-1 win at the seat smashers a couple of years ago. Stewards and police did not care at all. even as they glanced over to the offending area you could see half a dozen continuing to do it. Still didn’t care.

Anyone who chucks anything is a total arse and should be banned.

I think you are referring to the 4 coach train (announced as a 10 coach Train). I could see it would be difficult to get on and waited for the second train, which arrived about 3 minutes later, was indeed 10 coaches and had loads of empty seats.

Not sure, staff said next one would be 10 minutes.. That earlier train had empty seats when it pulled out too.
Same on the way there though, and then it means people missing the start for no reason.
Why is it hard to move down a bit, when it's clear they are stopping people getting on?
