A few of the older players played for both the Blades and Leicester Fosse the club that evolved into Leicester City. Pat Carrigan a defender played for both the Blades and the newly names Leicester City between 1923 -30 75 appearances and 3 goals for Leicester. For SUFC 52 appearances between 1930-33.

Why would Leicester look at his form last season and think “no, this isn’t a player we need for the championship” unless his Achilles is proper fucked?
