Well done walth, wouldn't know where to start,
Good old blades 2-2 after leading. The days before the golden era of sky. The only thing that's changed for the better are the pitches and stadia.

Good stuff Walthy, haven't watched all of it yet, but we were 1-0 up when I paused it, but it's a different world.

Keepers didn't wear numbers, just one sub (introduced the season before as I recall). The mudbath of a pitch looks narrow, although that may be because the camera scaffolding is further from the pitch than I remember it in later years, so the perspective is different.

Most of all though, the football looks really poor, even slower than we saw on Saturday and lots of hoofing :)

Jesus. I remember that match. We used to go to the match in Grandads Cortina, 6 of us. Eveyone smoked (not me I was only 9) But I had to sit in the middle at the front on a cushion on the handbrake. Everyone was pissed off after that match, complaining all the way home. 'Mallender, wouldn't pay him in weshers'. 'Tony Wagstaffe, tha could blow him over'. 'Bloody pathetic' and so on.
Bit like on here on a Saturday evening really but less comfortable and more carcinogenic..
