Upon hearing we grabbed a point in the 90th via jeff Stelling i didnt punch the air or shout a "get in/yessss",i cannot imagine I've ever done that before & if i have i definitely cant recall...........didnt receive the mandatory texts/calls that usually happens on a last minute leveller.

A new sense of optimism washed over me today. Upon hearing the team on radio Sheffield "Billy Sharp ill, McEveley injured" I heard. Amid the disappointment I heard "Coutts out for Hammond". 'Meh' I thought.

But then it came. "Out goes Collins.." I didn't know who for, I didn't care. In disbelief I checked the team on sky sports, no Collo in the starting 11, not on the bench... Perhaps he got a niggle. It seems not, otherwise they'd have said when they mentioned Sharp and McEv's illness and injuries.

No, this seems to be a truly great day. Collins seems to be the one that Adkins talked about in disgust.

Could it be that finally, Adkins has had enough of el Collo?

Let's hope so. The result and manner of the result is secondary today. Let us rejoice!

Stellings a Hartlepool fan, he'll be sick of the sight of United to be fair.

Makes two of us come to think of it.

Took the dog for a walk thought we' d lost
Didnt find out we had drew till much later

Meh !

Season's been over since Gillingham put 4 past us and showed how far away from competitive we were. There's some benefit of hindsight in that. Personally I kept the faith all the way into September...

I went to the gym first half and listened to Radiohead as I was running. Wonder if anyone else has ever combined those two activities?

Got back for the 2nd half and laughed for the second week running when I saw we were losing. Not healthy

Perhaps you should do a new view from - 'view from United fans that can't be arsed anymore".

Tell us all the different ways you are enjoying yourself rather than going through misery when the shower of shite play away.

I had a great time going to Haworth for a walk round, a pub meal and some lovely Timothy Taylor's beer.

I think there may be some legs in this. Which is more than can be said for United's midfield. Boom boom

I'm making incredible progress on Fallout 4 thanks to missing away matches at Rochdale and Fleetwood.

Our entire season has resembled the mood of a Radiohead song, minus the formidable talent involved of course.

Late comeback and Warnock does the piggies, feels not too bad tonight, better than some Saturdays.

There's some miserable feckers on here tonight!

We've made the first steps to banish the curse of league one bestowed upon us since El Collo arrived! Sent by the evil Brooking under operation Upton

Nigel, son of Brian almost succeeded in the quest to rid us of the evil.

However, the power of the Collo has been stronger than we imagined. Nigel of Physiothropia has toiled with slates a plenty, believing the slates domestos fresh, 99.9% of known germs killed... But the .1% was strong and saw fit to bring some unknown germs - the Phipps effect, McCabia, baxtitice, even sammonela N-collo

The geese are in formation, they're taking flight. Hold steady Adkins sir, for in August we begin the flight again, towards the horizon we can see the Championship...

There will be storms, there will be pain, but 2016/17 we will rise again

Either that or Collins will be back next game

Went to the cinema today, didn't check half times or full time or anything until I got on the tram at 5.15 on the way home. This season has driven all enthusiasm for United out of me.

Funny just about sums me up as well. I'm usually like a cat on hot bricks waiting for the United score to come in when they're away, constantly turning the radio on and off, switching on Sky sports every two minutes etc. Today got in at 5-15 pm after a long walk switched on the computer, looked at the Prem results first and then Div 1, no concern as to the result, not overly bothered whether we win lose or draw. Pleased about the Rotherham score, not so about Barnsley winning.

After over 50 years supporting the Blades can't believe it's come to this.

I was actually happy when I saw we had a pen and even more happy that we scored it. I even smiled at the thought that Sammon came on, just to see if he could prove anyone wrong (I love an underdog). We are still shat but at least we scored 2 goals and didn't lose.

If I'm not going to an away match then I always listen to it on the radio and spend the afternoon in the shoutbox. Went to Donny races yesterday and when we wen't 1-0 up my reaction was merely to tell my Dad that we had gone 1-0 up, wasn't at all surprised when we went 2-1 down and then when we got the pen, my reaction was just the same as when we went 1-0 up.

Had a good day on the horses though, 3 wins from 4 races!

Im gutted I didn't go yesterday ,love away matches ,I love home matches too ,I love Utd. Felt guilty and dirty at home watching Jeff and shoutbox. Fuck that Im going to everyone I can bad back or not. UTB
