After yesterdays game, i was very impressed with what he contributed. he looks like the fox-in-the-box we've needed for a long time, with pace, strength and a good footballing brain. he used loads of clever flick-ons to set up other players throughtout the first half, and i think he will be a fantastic signing for us.

Hes the type of striker we've missed, probably since Peschi?

We've had Sharp, Ward, Evans, Beattie 2, Webber and probably a couple of others playing that role in the past couple of years but they haven't had the brain or the ability/ pace.

Camera seems to close the defenders when its right. He's not a headless chicken, he gets into space and thank god..... gets in the box and anticipates where the ball will drop.

Ched, as much as I think he'll come good needs to pick up his fitness or perhaps sharpness and get into the box!

He'll be back on the bench next week though. In his post match KB kept saying how Hendo would be back (and 'Cressy'), he even said Evans 'had to play the target man role' yesterday. Seems clear to me that yesterday was a one-off.

Yeah I think you're right Jim. Thought Ched played it well first half. Decent target man into feet and for the first half at least we tried to play it to Cheds feet.

I thought Ched, Camara and Wardy played well 1st half, but 2nd we perhaps needed Henderson to come on and hold the ball against a poor defence.

I also thought the strikers were let down by the lack of anything down the left.

It was a pity that the overlapping fullback was on the ame wing as the dangerous winger, whilst on the left we Killa who sits back and Quinn who tucks inside.

Yep, promising 1st half and they looked to combine pretty well, Camara seemed to tire very quickly although KB said his hamstring tightened up. I'd much rather we used Hendo as plan B rather than the only plan but KB obviously has other ideas.

Re the left, I think he's planning without Treacy who will be gone in a few weeks (seems we won't be bringing him in permanently) and I guess he has Cresswell pencilled in for the left. Expect to see him, Hendo and Monty in the starting line-up for Brizzle despite KB saying he wanted continuity.

no width again ,it must be bloody frustrating for the strikers.

I'd have thought it was even more frustrating for the wingers that have been brought in only to get an arse full of splinters while Quinny is picked on the wing ahead of any of them. It pisses me off that Quinny gets a game before me.

Back to Camara, think he's exactly what we need, and pretty sure he won't be in the first 11 if everyone is fit.

Agree with all that 100% ,the constant selection of Quinn is quite unbelievable ,he will probably play right back if Walker gets injured.

Edwards said we lost the second half because our midfield was outmuscled and added that was Harper was awful.
