Hello fellow Blades, I've just signed up to the forum.

I'm an avid Blades fan, the last competetive United match I missed was a 1-0 win away at QPR on the 31st August 2004, which is 139 games in a row and I've been to 49 league grounds with United, counting only competetive games again.

I don't think that makes me a better supporter than anyone else, before anyone thinks that

I came back on Monday from Northern Ireland after a good weekend, and I'm cautiously optimistic about how we'll do next season.

I was only out there for the Portadown game, didn't have enough holidays left at work to go for the week unfortunately. It wasn't a spectacular game, but I thought we played some good stuff at times, we passed it on the deck alot more than I've seen in previous years which was good to see.

I'm sure they will and it's what we're here for
