Endorse the above. I don't think there is anyone who really thought hiring Cluffy was a bad idea. He's technically adept, gets on well with the players and has a good touchline manner. The only issue is how the board see next season's aspirations, what they will equip him with (because playoffs is no option) and then what they can do for him to enable Championship endurance and success in key games such as a potential set of local derbys where the season is effectively made or broke.
He has the ability, I believe quite a few players do, but as I keep saying, its now up to invetsment.
