He always releases a statement praising a player in the 48 hours leading up to a game, and then drops them. This has happened on several occasions now and is becoming predictable.

Especially when it means that Williams is playing left wing again!!!

Perhaps a bit demoralizing from a players point of view but not something as a fan I care about as long as the results are still good.
