I think this is a bit of mind games and man-management here from Tufty. Don't get me wrong, I'm chuffed about Baldock getting this new contract, but I think it also sends a timely message out to the rest of the players, after the shit timing of Duffy throwing his dummy out.

Knuckle down, get the shirt, play well and you will be rewarded. Don't go threatening me with "I have plenty of other offers" shite. End of.
