But isn't this site on the worldwide web? Some of us outside the UK may not know which channels are broadcasting English games on our multinational cable services. The Dutch blades and blades in Hungary will appreciate this.

Unfortunately no Swiss/German/italian/ Turkish channels in that mix so I won't get it on TV
 
Northyorksblade I've not linked to any stream. And neither does that website. That just tells you which channel it can be viewed on worldwide. If you can find "said" channels online good luck to you.

I know where I'll be looking but I'm not allowed to say.

As ive just said above, that link is perfectly legal. it lists Sky Sports as showing the Arsenal match.

Try and find a live stream on that site then I'll pay the fine. Yes
 
If you're in London, the famous three kings at west Kensington will be showing it.

I watched it. First game I've seen streaming live. Shite quality but just about worth it, as we won.

Be careful posting links chaps. That student from Sheffield uni is awaiting extradition to the US for a similar thing. Not actually streamimg or downloading stuff himself, but posting links on his own site where you could.

Its copyright law LA, which I believe is global. Whilst not being guilty of illegal downloading or streaming himself, Richard O'Dwyer at Sheffield Hallam uni hosted a website with links to illegal downloading and streaming sites. The US applied for his extradition , with the UK government agreeing in 2011. The case is quite a big deal over here, also given the Gary McKinnon case. He is currently awaiting his appeal against extradition.

OK HB , thanks for the heads up. Am not a legal expert by any stretch as you probably gathered. I guess copyright law covers the product anywhere. Is the similarity of the student, and posting links to streaming sites not the same then??? Just wouldn't like anybody getting in bother thats all.

It is a link to tell you which matches are being broadcast live throughout the world. I could understand all this if I had linked to the game. (people know where to look)

That link above is also useful for betting in play. Unless the game is broadcast live "somewhere" you can't bet in play.

Are you sure? Ive bet in play on loads of games that Im sure werent being broadcast anywhere

Unless i'm mistaken. The game you are betting on will be shown live somewhere. Have you ever bet in-play on United?
 
Yep quite often. Last one was against Oldham at home, I wouldnt of thought that was being shown anywhere. Put a fiver on the draw for my mate on about 80 mins when we were 1-0 up then put another fiver on for my other mate a few mins later, then decided I wanted a piece too so tried to put another fiver on and it was betting suspended a good few mins before their goal and before the end of the 90 which seemed abit odd to me

Im positive you can bet on any Blades game in play and surely theyre not all shown somewhere

That's right: the only United games televised abroad this season which were not also shown live in the UK are the Oldham and Bristol Rovers games.

Just for clarity, a link to LJ's site is fine, as it simply lists games and satellite frequencies, which is totally above board, people can watch those with genuine subscriptions etc. As mattbianco1 one says, it's not a streaming site.

What isn't allowed is any site linking to or hosting live streams. Thanks to those who were aware enough to report the post in this instance. As it happens, this one wasn't a problem, but it really helps in the case that they are.

In short, if in doubt, please DO NOT post links and if in doubt about links already posted, please continue to report to us.

I know my stuff when it comes to streams etc. and knew that the website posted is not an issue. Thanks for confirming though Foxy.

And as Revolution says above, the Oldham game was broadcast abroad. That is why we had so many replay angles of the Lee Croft incident
 
Every time this season there's been an opportunity to show league 1 or 2 teams live around the World - either because it's the FA Cup or there's no PL or Championship games - United have been selected as one of the live games. People in the Middle East must be sick of the sight of us.
 
It will be shown on a legal channel in the States - Fox Soccer Channel - at 3-30pm Pacific time.
 



LA Blade, am I right that this will be the first shown on Fox Soccer or Fox Soccer Plus this season?
