Its our 6-1 thrashing at Forest on 9/10/76. Watch in horror as United's defending makes the Sunday League look impressive, as John Robertson and Viv Anderson tear them apart, as Terry Curran gets a couple of goals and even Barry Butlin gets in on the act....

I remember we were all locked in the ground and kept back when all we wanted to do was get away and go home.

When we were finally let out the Forest fans were throwing bricks and our coach window was smashed.

Lovely day out!!

I remember there being some right battling that day - off the pitch obviously.

Hugh Johns is my favourite commentator of all time. Shame we had to put up with Keith Macklin in the YTV area.

Keith Edwards wrote in his programme notes about 10 years ago recalling that 6-1 thrashing. He said Peter Shilton kept thwarting him in 1 to 1 situations during that match. Shilton wasnt even a Forest player at the time and it was typical of Edwards to romanticise things. Jon Middleton was Forest's keeper at the time and Clough signed Shilton in 1977
