The existing buildings - Electric Works, Ventana House and Acero – provide more than 180,000 sq ft of office accommodation.
It is also preparing to submit submit plans for a mixed-use project at Chaucer Yard, fronting John Street and Countess Road.

Should anyone have a view on their local developments, they should not confine this to ranting on these boards. As these projects come up for planning permission, helpful feedback from concerned locals as to their suitability, would surely help the Council?

A series of developments are in progress across the Sheffield City Region with the aim of building on its heritage of innovation-led manufacturing and engineering.
