Debt will be paid in Feb, takeover (ahem) around the same time..

Seeing as we've set a date to pay the EFL, they could have agreed to lift it for a loan..

Though McCabe would not have needed to borrow 50 million to buy the club, so there may not be an unpaid debt and embargo
