I’m not sure it’s the same any more. It’s a rule that they add on the time, so there’s not much to gain anymore.

Agreed that all fans are blinkered / biassed in the way they view games.

I tend to agree and I commented this on the above livestream...however, there is a distinction to be made between Blades and Spurs fans in that I don't think I've ever seen any Blades getting on their high-horses and calling other teams "anti-football" and wishing they'd go out of existence. Reading Spurs fans' comments in Roygbiv 's View From and Twitter you'd think we'd just committed appalling crimes against humanity!

Injury breaks aside, were we really time wasting that much? It didn't seem out of the ordinary to me. I think what was different was that the Spurs fans were frustrated because they were behind and were screaming every time we were making a restart and this put extra pressure on the referee to hurry us up and clearly influenced how much time was added at the end.
As Hal pointed out in the vid, the difference between the time added on at the end of the first half and at the end of the game was night and day, and again highlights inconsistency in officiating. Which is it ref??

Exactly this. As we saw in the pre-match view from, they'd whipped themselves up into a frenzy and were going to smash us 4 or 5 nil...that's not how it panned out and their desperation was compounded when they were spraying shots wide, which, surprise surprise, led to more goal kicks! I also didn't think Wes was taking excessively long on goal kicks, but obviously when you're playing shitty little Sheffield and you're an entitled big six wanker, then you're obviously going to start shitting it and blame everyone but your own team for not scoring.

They've only played an out of sorts Manure so far. Lets see how they do in the NLD next week. Everyone saying, could Spurs be a title contender. No because rightfully they should be smashing us, and not having to rely on 15 minutes of stoppage time to win.
