Midfielder set for Blades switch Wed, Sep 06 2006 08:54
Neil Warnock is still looking to strengthen his squad and has taken former Bolton midfielder Khalilou Fadiga on a trial period.
Fadiga is training with the Blades with a view to a permanent Bramall Lane deal and, because he is a free agent after leaving Bolton in the close season, he can sign for a new club outside the transfer window. Warnock will keep an eye on him in training and then make a decision on whether or not to offer him terms at the club.

Meanwhile Blades new boy Colin Kazim-Richards, signed from Brighton last week, is keeping his fingers crossed he will be in the first team squad for the weekend's clash with Blackburn.

"I'm working hard to be in contention for the Blackburn game," he told the official website.

"If I'm not involved, I won't be too disappointed because I'd have only been here for just over a week.

"I want to play in The Premiership, settle down and get into the side. It's a long season, so hopefully I can play my part for United."

Be a good signing although apparently he has health problems which is why has struggled in the past.

yeah would be a good sgining for us,but as you say he has health problems aint there something wrong with his heart

According to sky sports we have turned down the chance to sign him due to his fitness problems.
