He didn’t look happy.Peck took it well enough... imagine if it were one of us doing it wi Windass.
Just walked off, meanwhile if it were one of us winding up Windass he'd probably tell him to fuck off or summat. He didn’t look happy.
Very funny though to be fair
Im fine with that, I love our players having a reason to hate them. All the big Blades have disliked them.
Players shouldn't be daft to have nights out in Sheffield. Asking for trouble imo. Just takes one bellend to have a swing.
It was the look he gave when he walked away and looked to say fuck off as he looked backJust walked off, meanwhile if it were one of us winding up Windass he'd probably tell him to fuck off or summat.
Outside of Sheffield, but a city. Preferably, not at all outside of summer. No harm with a night out in the city you live in. It’s happened for years and incidents with players are extremely rare. Keeps the players grounded to be mixing with fans of both clubs and reminds them of the rivalry.
We want players to be grounded and relatable but we don’t want them to live their lives in the city.
What perimeter would you suggest for them? Would chesterfield be ok? Or perhaps Manchester/ Leeds?
Yeah exactly. Love it. I ended up drinking with the Scottish ex pig that went to Lincoln City and his mates a few years back, ended up having a discussion about Fleck obviously being better than his mate Bannan. A few drinks later he FaceTimed Bannan (in his hotel room the night before an away game) and I got to tell him myself that Fleck was better than himCarry on silly young boys , when the derby comes along on the pitch is where you’ll see he gets his retribution !
As I say, the risk is very low and I think most people are respectful. Pecks a very nice lad and has always been friendly. I certainly think it can be as positive for players to socialise in the city and I’m sure they take the rough with the smooth when they go out.Outside of Sheffield, but a city. Villa used to go to the Leadmill many moons ago. You can't avoid people noticing you but half the people in those bars and clubs are either going to support the team you play for or their main rival. I doubt that makes a good night for the player. You probably get more hassle from drunk fans of your own club.
Da fuck you are, you're a wizard!Because I'm a blade.
Its stuff like this that makes me hope they go into administration and cease to exist..
Some nice boozers out Tideswell way. Is the Three Stags Heads still a thing? I'd recommend that if it is.No harm with a night out in the city you live in. Not heard much about it lately, lots of excellent boozers out there though for all tastes and walletsSome nice boozers out Tideswell way. Is the Three Stags Heads still a thing? I'd recommend that if it is.
That would be quite a dangerous thing to do over your end, what with you all being armed to the teeth and all that.Their fans know what our players look like. A pig player (apart from baldy Barry) could walk in and sit in my living room now and I wouldn’t know who he was.
One of ours did do it with Bannan a while ago.Peck took it well enough... imagine if it were one of us doing it wi Windass.
