Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to this book for Christmas.

They used to have a copy in Chapeltown Library that when i was a lad was almost on permanent loan to either me or one of my mates. At 11 i was fully conversant with the history of every single ground in English and Scottish football with particular emphasis on the Archibald Leitch Stands. (examples still standing at Plymouth, Portsmouth, Fulham, Everton and Hearts), and i can still spot the stands that are still standing from the ones in the book, most recently the Jimmy Seed stand at Charlton where i saw you at half time.
