John Winfield jumps in front of Derby's Colin Toss as Eddie Colquhoun and Peter Hindley watch.

Colin Toss? Eddie Colquhoun (no reference of his Forest days on Wikipedia).

Alan Durban is the Derby player. Peter Hindley is between Durban and Winfield. Jim Barron (he was assistant to Steve Thompson when he was our caretaker manager in 1998) is the keeper. Colquhoun only played for Bury, WBA and us before going to USA

I reckon Liam O' Kane on right and Sammy Chapman - I used to share a house with a couple of Forest fans so I used to watch them quite a bit.
