I really hope Morgan gets us over the line & i wish him the best.

Now i know i may be getting ahead of myself here. But say we do manage to win promotion & Morgan gets the job full time. I think he will need some help in signing/scouting players, giving help with the day to day things. Someone with experience. Maybe a director of Football to oversee things.

Do people agree? And who should we go for?
