I took up the early bird renewal on the South Stand (£430) and opted for the 10 month repayment scheme. The first payment came out yesterday and it was £48.

I've called the Ticket Office and their answer was "It's probably just gone onto a 9 month scheme instead".

Anyway, they couldn't actually answer the question so took my phone number down.

Anybody else had an issue with the scheme yet?

No, they seem to have taken the correct amount as 1/10th of the full payment from me.

They'll sort it.

I think the same may be happening with me. My SS ST came to £378 (after 10% discount) and I too opted for 10 DD payments but I've found that they're taking payments of £42 so I'm figuring I've been put onto a 9 month plan as well.

I paid £50 upfront on renewal, and now pay £27 every month for 10 months, the first two have already come out for the correct price, so I've currently paid £104 out of the £320 for the Kop.

So it seems to be fine for me, maybe its just for the stand you've chosen? Not sure it should make a difference though, did you renew after the cut off point of which there wouldn't be a 10th month, as i'm sure it said it had to be paid off by February, meaning you'd need to start paying in April to get 10 months. If you renewed after April 30th, you would only have 9 months before Feb meaning you'd be on the 9month plan.

Same as me, I selected 1st of the Month for my payments and as they couldnt take it 1st of May then it moved onto 9 monthly payments as it has to be done for Feb I think?
