Along with Juventus/Notts County. Also, Arsenal committed to always having some blue on their badge as a thanks to Spurs for letting them use White Hart Lane when Highbury was bombed in the war.

No, they were banned from playing at The Brandywell by the RUC because the surrounding area was a flashpoint for violence at the time.
Derry City had to play in Coleraine which is largely Protestant and so the fans were reluctant to travel there and attendances suffered. That's when they withdrew from the league.
