I'd like him to stay too but if he wants regular first team football and Warnock isn't going to give him that he may go.

Remember Warnock likes him so I imagine it's Kozzy's choice in the end.

Derby County boss Billy Davies has claimed that the agent of Rob Kozluk has been in touch to see if he would be interested in signing the Sheffield United man.
The Blades full-back has been linked with a loan move to the Rams, where he began his career.
Davies told the Sheffield Star: "I know all about Rob Kozluk. He's a local lad and from what I can gather he's a Derby County fan. His agent got in touch to see if there might be a chance of coming here.
"At the moment that's all it is, agent speak, because there are lots of names being recommended to us. I'm busy compiling a list of possible targets and when that's done we'll take things from there."

Looks like he maybe on his way contact has been made.
