Have to ask Steve Mackan , have you always liked Coutts, or is it only since Wilder got us playing in a way that actually suits Coutts' game? Did you think he was lazy and garbage before that, like the majority of our knowledgable fans?

You know what, I hope he gets some time in an away game this season, as that would be thoroughly enjoyable to sing for half an hour.

Have to ask Steve Mackan , have you always liked Coutts, or is it only since Wilder got us playing in a way that actually suits Coutts' game? Did you think he was lazy and garbage before that, like the majority of our knowledgable fans?

On the last day of the Adkin's 'premiership,' I did spend half an hour defending him to the bloke in front and blaming Adkins and the all-around running of the club for the disappointing season, rather than Coutts. And I was scoffed at by him and others around for saying he was a good player.

I definitely did not have it mind that he'd be man of the season, which he undoubtedly has been.

You know what, I hope he gets some time in an away game this season, as that would be thoroughly enjoyable to sing for half an hour.

If we don't sign another CB I think we'll need him as cover. Maybe the opportunity will present itself.

Yes it amazes me how many man of the match awards he will be due to collect when he is recovered.
