If Wilder leaves, it will remind me of Steve Bruce’s behaviour 20 years ago. It was a sensible decision from Bruce’s perspective at the time and in retrospect. Shame that some things don’t seem to change. I wonder what the reaction to Wilder will be?

A mixture of anger, disappointment, and apathy.

Some will blame the board (probably myself included this time as whilst I've never complained about spending, the bad decisions over the last 10 years are too numerous, and praising someone for funding losses when it's due to many of those decisions has it's limits).

Others will blame Wilder and says he's not a real Blade for leaving.

Others will be too apathetic to say much other than 'I'll still be there'.

A few would still support the boardroom if they took us into the National League.

Thank God, another thread about losing our gaffer, now I won't need to waste seconds searching for one.....yipee!
