Defensively we are quite solid, however Deano makes at least one important save per game. He has literally blossomed since joining us and I put a large amount of this down to our goalkeeping coaches!

Hendo has been exceptional this season. Shot stopping second to none, and has won us a number of points.

He's not the finished article, could do with commanding his box a bit better for me, and I'd like him to be a bit more assertive coming off his line. But all this will come, in keeping terms he's still very young.

Not sure how likely it is but if we could get him permanently it would rank up there as one of the best bits of business we've done. Problem for Dean is De Gea won't be going anywhere fast given the wages he's on. No one is offering him another long contract on that. So, maybe sign for us with a buy back clause for Man U at a set price.

If he was at another club right now and we were reportedly showing an interest in him then we would be creaming ourselves.

An excellent keeper that's contributed to the reason why we are where we are (27 places above the pigs )

Correct, I can't recall a save that has gone directly to an attacker. It's the best part of his game in my opinion.

I think the Bournemouth goal in the first game of the season did? But harsh to expect him to do anything else with that shot so not criticising him for it.

There's only one Deano and it isn't Dean Henderson. As much as I love him it's Hendo. We could sign a player called Dean O'Deano who bangs in 20 goals and he still wouldn't be Deano

It's the save vs Abraham that impresses me the most. No right to get down to it but he gets a real strong hand to push it away.

And other than against Leicester has anyone scored a screamer against him? I'm probably missing one but have we conceded another long range shot or a direct free kick?

He's kicked on another level this season for sure. When you watch that highlight reel back and consider how tight most of our games have been - there's a very strong case to be made to say he's been our Player of the Season. In fact, I think I'd probably say it's got to be him or Fleck.

There seems to be some strong rumours going around that we're in for a goalkeeper this Summer. When you consider Henderson is also a massive character in our dressing room, it will be a huge loss for us next season.

The shot stopping ability has always been there, the command of his area has improved massively. Once he sorts out his distribution (which is average at best) he will easily be England's number 1 keeper.

An incredible talent.
