The kicking the ball away (sometimes multiple times per stoppage), standing in front of players trying to take free kicks, crowding and arguing with the ref, taking 15 mins per goal kick, wandering to the opposite side of the field then forgetting your squad number and name when being substituted, bending your very slow walk off the pitch, feigning injury, not returning the ball in the technical area and coming out for the second half late were all designed to get on with the game in an efficient manner.

He'll be telling us they didn't put every man behind the ball from the start of the game next.
