Very different, yet also strikingly similar. Both young, both play for Wales, both signed in expectancy of being great.

At the start of this season, and also in the last, there were people clamouring for Cotterill to be given a chance, and a decent run in the team. They pointed out that he is an international, even if it is only Wales, (current FIFA ranking several places below Haiti and Balamory) and wonder why we spent the money to give him only a place on the bench.

Are these the same people who are now saying that Evans should be flogged straight away, doesn't even deserve to be on the bench and is a waste of money? He's an international, even if is is only Wales, (current FIFA ranking below Toytown and the Sugababes) so why spend the money only to keep him on the bench?

No. Wanted Cotts in (still bemoaning our horrible lack of width) and more than happy to see Ched given a run and not brought off every game.

Me too.

Wanted Cotts to get more support from the manager and still think it was a poor sale.

Think Ched will come very good too. Just needs a goal to set him going.
