Collins And Long Are not the answer

I cant see how a CB who was terrible in our relegation season & then only helped along by a teenage player in Harry Maguire (who lets face it was a massive blow by losing) and then bringing back Long & putting in at such a crucial stage (and it was a gamble) backfired in terrible fashion...........

For me Collins should be just bombed out... I dont care how much it costs. get rid. & Long loaned out again or sold...........


and for those laughing saying...who will play in front of collins? ask half of the KOP. they could probably do better and for free as well.

I'd want paying mate, I love my team but I wouldn't want showing up having to play along side McEveley.

It amazes me to see people suggesting Collins is more of a problem than McEveley. The last time Collins played for a sustained run of games we were keeping clean sheets consistently. I'm not saying he should be in the first 11, I'm saying BOTH of them should be nowhere bloody near it.

collins and long have a history of comedy moments AFAIR.. i'll concentrate on long. a few comedy goals is to be expected with a young(ish) keeper but he's played 100 odd games now.. they can't play together that's for certain
